“The post-operative phase was dramatic and painful. The market only offered horrible shoes which also complicated my rehabilitation process by forcing me to have an incorrect posture, with a limp walk and consequent joint stress.
After the torture of a sandal paid for about 40 euros, I had to buy a shoe of two sizes larger, which in fact leads to an incorrect flexion of the metatarsus, creates pressure in the wrong points and complicates the post-operative course. In the end, I spent about 150 euros on ineffective products, which I also had to throw away once I was rehabilitated.
So, thanks to my family’s long footwear experience and supported by some medical specialists, I have created an orthopedic shoe that can improve the life of all people who have to undergo foot surgery.

DOUBLE FIT PATENT

After the foot surgery, a semi-open postoperative shoe is used, which is used for the first weeks, but does not accompany the patient throughout the postoperative process, furthermore not allowing a spontaneous and natural walking.

The need was therefore felt to devote more attention to this delicate postoperative phase of foot surgery and from this was born the WALK shoe with DOUBLE FIT technology.

Use a shoe capable of combining the ability to accommodate and support a foot that is still swollen, bandaged and sore with a feeling of comfort and a modern aesthetic. IMMEDIATELY CORRECT POSTURE FOR THE BACK AND KNEES, protecting the foot from bumps and dirt; moreover, maintaining the constant temperature thanks to the patented Aluminion lining, new double fit technology, in fact, involves the use of technical materials that allow you to walk and protect the foot in the intervention area thanks to a material called “memory” that adapts to pressure of the foot and follows the evolution of the related bandages in the postoperative period.
Being able to wear the same shoe from the day of the operation until the end of convalescence, thus avoiding the purchase after about two weeks of a second shoe to replace the classic postoperative shoe and keeping its original size immediately throughout the recovery; WITH THE CORRECT SIZE YOU MAINTAIN THE CORRECT POINT OF YOUR METATARSUS for rotation, helping a better walking and a faster recovery of the foot, moreover the very flexible bottom greatly helps the foot still sore in walking spontaneously for rehabilitation.

A shock absorbing material has been inserted into the insole to avoid shocks and rigid pressures in the foot, this material is also antistatic and prevents the formation of bacteria.
To improve the foot climate we used an ALLUMINION membrane that allows constant temperature maintenance.
Double rubber with memory effect have been inserted into the heel and tongue to wrap the foot and obtain the patented double fit.
We have patented a quick entry of the foot thanks to the double zip that opens from the collar to the toe, facilitating and speeding up entry even during the wrapping period. The lacing is deliberately placed over the entire instep up to the tip to allow the patient to adapt the shoe in the most adequate and comfortable way, once the width has been decided it will no longer be necessary to fasten and undo it, but thanks to the simple closing and opening gesture of the zips the shoe will adapt to the foot. Our zips are produced in Italy with Nikel free, they are also brushed to ensure better sliding and avoid pinching fabrics or gauze.
The tongue and ankle are completely padded with foams that adapt to the pressures of the foot and protect it.
The sole with injection technology allows the elasticity and softness of a glove compared to normal footwear with rubber soles, which are much harder and less elastic
