The EBI brand was born from the footwear experience of the Buziol family and from the “Old System” company founded in 1957 by Bruno Buziol and his wife Ivana.
Over half a century of history in the production of sports, health, trekking and leisure footwear, within the most important and renowned world district of sports footwear: the “Sport System” of Montebelluna (in the province of Treviso).
It is an area in which footwear know-how, technology and craftsmanship have written the international history of footwear and it is precisely in this context that Enrico and Alberto Buziol – after having gained significant experience in companies such as Hogan, OTB, Tecnica, Asolo, HTM and Geox – decide to transform the historic family laboratory into the current BZL Srl.

Today BZL is configured as a center of excellence specialized in the design and direct production of footwear and insoles for post-operative recovery, as well as for the treatment of the main walking pathologies, thanks also to the collaborations with Dr. Stefano Fieschi and Dr. Giuseppe Lucatelli , orthopedic specialists in foot surgery, and to the involvement of the most authoritative Italian and German experts in the sector.
BZL designs and manufactures directly in its own laboratory, using only top quality Italian technologies and materials and for this reason the shoes represent a 100% authentic Made in Italy.
The sale takes place directly to the final customer, who can count on a customer service that is always available, available and extremely attentive to the needs, doubts and fears of the consumer.
